What’s your workout personality?
Your workout personality. As simple as A, B, C.
If you answered mostly A’s:
Solo Artist: When you work out, you prefer to go it alone. No distractions or
disruptions. For you, working out isn’t just about getting fit; it’s also a time
to relax.
Workout tip: Walking, hiking, or swimming are great solo activities that don’t
require the company of others. Sign up for a yoga class for exercise with the
added benefit
of relaxation.
If you answered mostly B’s:
The Student: You do your best when someone else encourages you. You enjoy
following the lead of others and learning from their experience.
Workout tip: Hire a personal trainer to help encourage you. Or find a workout
buddy to keep you motivated.
If you answered mostly C’s:
Social Butterfly: You thrive in a group setting and feed off the energy of those
around you. For you, working out is a great way to meet new people and
something that is best done in the company of others.
Workout tip: Join a fitness group in your area. It can be something you’ve
never tried, like water aerobics. Or sign up for a dance class—and make a good
workout a more social experience.
Please consult your doctor before starting any exercise routine; not all exercises may be appropriate
for everyone.
